Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activities and inbound leads.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage with potential customers in Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team to close deals.
  • Maintain organized records of communications and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
