  • Provide exceptional technical support to German-speaking customers for a variety of electronic devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers to address their inquiries and concerns.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system accurately.
  • Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and general use guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to convey customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Create comprehensive documentation and resources to enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Experience in electronics support or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting while being a proactive team player.
  • Familiarity with electronic devices and customer support best practices.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles is advantageous.
