Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and service delivery.
  • Accurately document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Educate clients on product features and best practices to enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English.
  • Experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
  • Experience in technology or related sectors is advantageous.
