Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service.
  • Accurately document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist clients with software installations, updates, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Educate clients on product features and best practices to enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong command of English.
  • Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
  • Experience in technology or related sectors is advantageous.
