We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer support. In this role, you will engage with Italian-speaking customers, assist them with inquiries, and ensure they receive the high-quality service they deserve from the comfort of your own home.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with inquiries about products and services, ensuring a knowledgeable and helpful interaction.
  • Manage customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for resolution on the first contact.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Stay updated on product information and company policies to offer accurate assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian is a must; proficiency in English is also necessary.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Able to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as required to meet customer service demands.
