Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking users through phone, email, and chat for inquiries related to fitness technology.
• Address customer questions, troubleshoot technical problems, and assist them in optimizing their use of fitness applications and devices.
• Accurately record customer interactions and maintain detailed notes to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with team colleagues to pinpoint trends and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and best practices in fitness technology.
• Provide training to customers for maximizing their use of fitness technology products.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and a good command of English.
• Experience in customer service or a related field, ideally within the technology or fitness industry.
• Passion for fitness and familiarity with fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with dedication to enhancing user experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while contributing to team objectives.
• Willingness to be flexible with work hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
