Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to smart technology products and services.
  • Guide customers through the setup process and educate them on product features and functionalities.
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions in the customer support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and improve product offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in smart technology and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) along with a strong command of English.
  • Experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently while working remotely.
  • Interest in smart technology and familiarity with digital products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and ticketing systems is beneficial.
