Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT-related issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Educate customers on effectively utilizing our products and services to maximize their experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical resolutions within the support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex problems as necessary.
  • Keep clients informed about system updates, new features, and best practices to enhance customer engagement.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English is essential.
  • Previous experience in IT support or customer service roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
