Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to invite applications for the position of Dutch Speaking Rental Services Interaction Specialist, working remotely from Athens, Greece. In this vital role, you will be the first line of support for clients seeking assistance in the rental services sector. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service in Dutch, guiding clients through their rental inquiries and booking processes. Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support in Dutch for rental service inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients throughout the rental process by explaining terms, conditions, and answering questions.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the remote team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Remain up-to-date on rental policies, services, and relevant industry information.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the system.
  • Contribute to team discussions with insights and feedback aimed at enhancing service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the rental or hospitality industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
