Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, service-related questions, and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records within the customer support system.

Requirements
