Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with banking inquiries, account management, and service-related questions.

  • Document customer interactions accurately and provide insights to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in service standards and procedures.
  • Stay informed about banking products and policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer support systems and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and efficiently manage time.
