  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, while effectively troubleshooting any issues they may face.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within our customer support system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and escalate cases as required.

  • Keep informed about product knowledge, service features, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus, especially in online or related industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively in either a remote or office environment.
