  • Efficiently resolve complaints and inquiries while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for continuous improvement and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay informed about banking regulations and product updates to deliver accurate advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support within the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on building customer relationships.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
