  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our CRM system.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, assisting them in understanding our services and tools.
  • Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to improve their overall experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training to remain informed about service updates and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on client satisfaction and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
