Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding our products and services.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain satisfaction.

• Document all customer interactions accurately for quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
