Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services offered by the company.
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Guide customers with relevant information about services and product offerings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
