  • Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, service-related questions, and troubleshooting issues in a prompt and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage, ideally in the online media or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with customer support platforms and CRM software is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
