Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, service-related questions, and troubleshooting issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer support system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Meet individual and team performance targets to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on product features, updates, and changes to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to establish rapport and trust.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage, ideally in the online media or related sectors.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside strong interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with customer support platforms and CRM software is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote or office setting.
