  • Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share insights.
  • Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.
  • Assist clients in navigating our services and support them during the onboarding process.
  • Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training to remain updated on our products and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • A proactive approach and a genuine desire to assist clients are crucial for success in this role.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
