Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support representative in our Health Department. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and health education, seeking to make a positive impact in the lives of Dutch-speaking customers. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries regarding e-cigarette products and health-related matters, ensuring they receive the support and information they need in a professional and empathetic manner.


Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding e-cigarettes and associated health concerns in Dutch.
  • Deliver accurate information and assistance related to product usage and safety.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and tactfully.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the support system.
  • Keep updated on industry best practices and health regulations concerning e-cigarettes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required.
  • Exemplary communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer support or within a healthcare environment is a plus.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and address inquiries with empathy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
  • Knowledge of e-cigarettes and their health effects is an advantage.
  • Experience with digital support tools and technologies is preferred.
