Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding transportation services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, service options, and operational policies.
  • Efficiently handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-up communications effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Educate customers on available transportation options, fare structures, and safety protocols.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
