Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients, addressing inquiries related to automotive products and services.
  • Assist customers with order processing, status updates, and product information.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries efficiently.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry, including product specifications and market trends.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records to support quality assurance.
  • Support promotional activities and provide feedback on customer insights to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A genuine interest in automobiles and the automotive sector.
