Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, effectively addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist customers with order processing, account management, and product information inquiries.
  • Resolve complaints and issues swiftly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to guarantee efficient service and product availability.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and keep records to enhance service strategies.
  • Stay updated on the company’s products and policies to provide precise assistance.
  • Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and contribute to service excellence.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
