In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the Nordic region, helping them with inquiries related to transportation services. Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding transportation services and solutions.
  • Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Educate customers about our services and help guide them through processes.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to tackle challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience with customer service software is a plus.
