Job description

Join Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR as a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative in our dynamic Online iGaming Department! This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about online gaming and customer interaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about their accounts, gaming products, promotions, and any transactional issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure a positive gaming experience.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions for effective tracking and future reference.
  • Work closely with technical teams to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about gaming regulations, company policies, and new product offerings.
  • Gather customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming field.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming platforms and customer engagement practices.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and standard office tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail for problem-solving.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
