Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Czech-speaking clients.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding car rental options, rates, and policies.
• Handle reservations and modifications efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery.
• Stay up to date with car rental services and policies to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or rental sector, is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
