Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce an opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Car Rental Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and the automotive industry, providing support to customers who speak one of the Nordic languages.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about car rentals and related services.
  • Assist customers with the booking process, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a smooth rental experience.
  • Provide information about rental policies, vehicle options, and pricing to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, striving to resolve issues promptly and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and ensure timely support.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on fleet availability, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the car rental or automotive sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
