Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative for an Anti-Financial Crime Unit. This position is pivotal in supporting our client’s mission to prevent and combat financial crime while providing top-tier service to clients across the Nordic regions.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to clients in Nordic countries, handling inquiries related to anti-financial crime initiatives and reporting processes.
  • Assist clients with understanding policies and regulations related to financial transactions and compliance.
  • Provide guidance on how to report suspicious activities and ensure that clients feel supported throughout the reporting process.
  • Document and escalate complex cases to the investigative team, ensuring all necessary information is captured for further analysis.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial crime regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Contribute to ongoing training and knowledge sharing efforts within the team.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in financial services or compliance-related roles, is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client support.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with anti-financial crime regulations or a strong interest in compliance and security matters.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
