This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for automobiles and possess excellent communication skills to provide outstanding support to Czech-speaking customers.


Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to automotive products and services.
  • Assist customers with questions about vehicle maintenance, product recommendations, and service scheduling.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends and company products to offer knowledgeable assistance.
  • Proactively gather customer feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in the automotive or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle inquiries independently and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A genuine interest in automobiles and a desire to assist customers in making informed decisions.
