Responsibilities
  • Offer outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking users through phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding account issues, game rules, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive gaming experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and issues for reference and quality control.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer-related problems promptly.
  • Stay informed about gaming regulations, platform updates, and company policies to provide accurate support.
  • Collect customer feedback to help improve service quality and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming environment.
  • Strong understanding of online gaming processes and products.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in using customer support tools and standard office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
