Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding aviation-related inquiries.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related questions.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, striving for timely resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s aviation services and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the aviation or travel sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
