  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with travel bookings and inquiries.
  • Provide detailed information about travel options, itineraries, and travel policies to enhance customer experience.
  • Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests professionally, ensuring a smooth process for clients.
  • Resolve complaints and issues effectively, striving for complete customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various vendors and suppliers to ensure clients receive accurate and timely information.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and company offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive service records.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
