Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with booking information, ticket changes, and general travel-related questions.
  • Provide support during the booking and travel process to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and enhance the overall service experience.
  • Stay updated on aviation policies, fare structures, and promotional campaigns to offer accurate information to clients.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and maintain accurate service records.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
