Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting with travel bookings and inquiries.
  • Guide customers through the booking process, providing detailed information about travel options and helping them find suitable choices.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring a swift resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about travel guidelines, promotions, and company offerings to assist clients effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve any travel-related issues that may arise.
  • Encourage positive customer experiences to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism sector, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and online booking systems.
