Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking content creators via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding platform features, monetization strategies, and account management.
  • Effectively resolve client issues and complaints to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Help users understand tool functionalities to optimize their online content engagement.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and improve service offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content creation to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within digital platforms or content creation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and educate clients effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
