Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is on the lookout for passionate Slovenian Speaking Customer Support Representatives for our Online iGaming Department. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about online gaming and want to deliver exceptional support to our Slovenian-speaking customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Slovenian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist users with inquiries related to account management, gaming rules, payments, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless gaming experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve future service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer queries.
  • Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and game offerings to provide accurate assistance.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovenian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in the iGaming sector, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of online gaming platforms and customer behavior.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
