Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking content creators via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to account management, platform usage, and content creation tools.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on pending inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback and improve service offerings.
  • Educate customers on best practices for maximizing the use of the platform and available resources.
  • Gather insights and feedback from clients to aid in the continuous improvement of services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the digital or creative industries.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
