Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding transportation services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, travel schedules, and service terms and conditions.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain updated records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Stay informed about company services, promotions, and transportation regulations to better assist clients.
  • Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or service industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
