Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and technical support.
  • Handle order processing, returns, and warranty claims, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer.
  • Educate customers on product specifications and usage to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Manage customer complaints and troubleshooting with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to facilitate effective customer service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge of automotive products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
