Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a premium gaming experience.
  • Address customer inquiries related to account management, game selections, promotions, and transactions.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Accurately record customer interactions for tracking purposes and to help enhance service delivery.
  • Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently.
  • Stay updated on gaming regulations, company policies, and newly launched products.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of online gaming platforms and effective customer engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with customer support technologies and standard office software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for effective problem resolution.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
