Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries related to anti-financial crime services.
  • Assist clients in understanding regulations, processes, and policies regarding financial crime prevention.
  • Handle and resolve client complaints efficiently and professionally, while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately, ensuring all relevant information is recorded for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases, ensuring client needs are met.
  • Stay informed about current regulations and industry trends related to financial crime to enhance service quality.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding client concerns and potential improvements in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a financial or compliance-related environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and empathy.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A strong interest in financial security and crime prevention.
