Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to car rentals.
  • Assist customers with booking reservations, vehicle selection, and ongoing account management.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Guide clients through rental policies, vehicle options, and pricing structures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth pickup and drop-off processes for customers.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records.
  • Stay informed about company promotions and available services to provide relevant information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or transportation sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A genuine interest in cars and car rental services is a plus.
