Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Representative within our Health Department. This position is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service while promoting health and wellness through e-cigarette products. You will be key in helping Spanish-speaking customers navigate their inquiries and ensuring they receive the best support possible.


Responsibilities
  • Engage with Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries regarding e-cigarette products and health-related concerns.
  • Provide reliable information on product features, usage instructions, and safety protocols.
  • Assist customers with resolving issues, including troubleshooting product problems and managing returns.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to inform service improvements and product development efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, health guidelines, and the latest developments in e-cigarette products.
  • Collaborate with health department colleagues to ensure a unified approach to customer support and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce, health, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Understanding of e-cigarette products and their health implications is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to support.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
  • A genuine interest in health and wellness, with a desire to help customers make informed choices.
