Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their travel inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary modifications, and general questions about travel services.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document feedback for service improvement.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and the company’s offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve customer complaints and enhance service quality.
  • Promote a positive customer experience while fostering relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive customer support approach.
  • Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
