  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain updated records in the company’s database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the aviation industry to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.
  • Promote a positive company image through professional and courteous interactions with customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
