Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Help customers with inquiries regarding account issues, game rules, promotions, and transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure an enjoyable gaming experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for tracking and future reference.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and find solutions to customer issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on gaming regulations, company policies, and new game offerings.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming or online gaming sector.
  • Good understanding of online gaming platforms and effective customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
