  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and provide insights for service improvements.
  • Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate assistance.
  • Proactively gather customer feedback to enhance the overall service experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
