  • Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and technical support.

  • Stay updated on the latest automotive products, trends, and company offerings to provide accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously for record-keeping and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to address complex queries and provide comprehensive support.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding common customer issues to improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
