Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking content creators through phone, email, and chat regarding their online platforms and services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, content publishing, and platform features.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints proactively to ensure a positive experience for creators.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on any outstanding issues or requests.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex inquiries and enhance service quality.
  • Educate creators about platform tools, best practices, and new features to optimize their content reach.
  • Gather feedback from users to support ongoing improvements in services and tools provided.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the digital content or tech industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with online content platforms and social media tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
