Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support.
  • Provide guidance on product specifications, features, and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring they receive effective solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, automotive products, and industry standards.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
