Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about car rental services and available vehicles.
  • Assist customers in the booking process, providing information on rental terms, pricing, and travel options.
  • Handle customer complaints, modifications to reservations, and refund requests in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless rental experience for customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, vehicle models, and rental procedures.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to improve services and track feedback.
  • Promote additional services and offerings to enhance clients' rental experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
